“Lord, help me to be the man I need to be today. I surrender yesterday to you. I surrender tomorrow to you. You have called me to live for you today and, with Your help. I know I can. I am taking up my cross and following you today. Today is just one day. There is nothing in this day that You and I cannot handle together. As long as I do not take the burden of yesterday and the burden of tomorrow off of Your shoulders and place it on my own. I surrender to You today, with all that I have and with all that I am.
